The Heart Thrum: Somatic Inquiry on Zoom
This guided meditation is a somatic inquiry practice inspired by Laban/Bartenieff, sacred geometry, Continuum, micro-movement, non-dual meditation, creativity, sound vibration, vocal toning, nature, the elements, free flow, dance, and inner space exploration. We engage in this work to down-regulate our bodyminds and to connect to our planet and our shared humanity.
This Heart Thrum will focus on connecting to our hearts. We will use several sounds and breaths from Continuum and pranayama. Micro-movement and imaginal practice will guide us deeper into presence.
Get your bodymind, some water, and anything you need to be comfortable on the floor; you might like to build your own nest.
